Apartment Maintenance Technology
Program InformationCourse reservations are now being accepted to attend the next apartment maintenance training program offered by AC/C TECH.
This program consists of eight courses and is designed to help students get a job and build a career as a maintenance technician. The program covers grounds and landscaping, interior maintenance activities, heating and air-conditioning repair, electrical wiring maintenance, and general plumbing maintenance. Also covered are planned and preventative maintenance activities, manufacturer warrantees, governmental regulations, selecting and using tools for the trade, and more.
Courses are geared toward hands-on training that will give the students "maximum exposure" in maintaining a facility.
Class sizes are limited to the first 16 registrants and open to the general public.
