Electrical Maintenance Training
Course reservations are now being accepted to attend the next electrical maintenance training program offered by AC/C TECH.
This program consists of five courses and will develop skills in diagnosing and repairing electrical problems. Students will learn how to correctly install duplex receptacles, wall switches, lighting fixtures, 110 volt special purpose circuits, 220 volt range and dryer circuits, fire and smoke detector circuits, low voltage door bell circuits, and more. Students will also learn how to correctly install junction boxes, subpanels, and/or a main breaker panel. Also covered are how to interpret electrical drawings, diagrams and schematics. Emphasis will be placed on making repairs in safe, efficient and productive manners.
Courses are geared toward hands-on training that will give the students "maximum exposure" in maintaining electrical devices.
Class sizes are limited to the first 16 registrants and open to the general public.
