Interior & Exterior Maintenance
Program InformationCourse reservations are now being accepted to attend the next interior/exterior maintenance training program offered by AC/C TECH.
This program consists of five courses and will develop specific skills in improving the appearance of a building, both inside and outside. Students will learn landscape designs, installation methods, and repair techniques. They will also learn how to repair roofs, gutters, down spouts, exterior walls and screens, doors, porches, patios and decks. Inside the building they will learn how to repair holes in drywall, cracks in plaster, repair floor and wall tile, install doors and door locks, install bathroom and kitchen cabinetry, trim and molding, etc. The students will also learn how to use tools for the trade, technological advancements and governmental regulations.
Courses are geared toward hands-on training that will give the students "maximum exposure" in maintaining the appearance of a building.
Class sizes are limited to the first 16 registrants and open to the general public.
