Plumbing Maintenance Technology
Program InformationCourse reservations are now being accepted to attend the next plumbing maintenance training program offered by AC/C TECH.
This program consists of five courses and will develop specific skills in diagnosing and repairing plumbing problems. Students will learn the anatomy of a plumbing system, how to repairs leaks, replace faucets, open clogged drains, install fixtures, service water heaters, and more. The students will also learn plumbing codes that involves administration and enforcement, material regulations, joints and connections, sanitary and drainage systems, vents, traps, interceptors, drain pipe cleanout, water supply and distribution, etc. Also covered are plumbing drawings and diagrams, tools used in the trade, and technological advancements.
Courses are geared toward hands-on training that will give the students "maximum exposure" in maintaining plumbing components.
Class sizes are limited to the first 16 registrants and open to the general public.
